Big Banana Bread Recipe

This one makes a bit more banana bread than other recipes, so we are calling it - The Big Banana Bread Recipe. We just want to show you you can play around, add a little bit more of this and a little bit more of that, it's simple. And delicious of course :)

For this Big banana bread recipe you will need:

1 cup melted butter
2-1/2 cups flour
7 large mashed bananas (use ripe ones)
2 cups sugar (you can go easy on the sugar if you want your banana bread to be less sweet or if you are used to less sweet food. Check out the low sugar banana bread recipe)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda

1. Now lets get to work! First we need to turn on the oven and set it to 350F (180C).

2. Mash the bananas with a fork or with stick blender. Beat the eggs, but go easy on them :). Now mix sugar and butter, then add bananas, eggs and vanilla.

3. Mix in all the flour and baking soda and still until the mix is nice and even. Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake for like 60 minutes.

4. Let the bread cool down for a couple of minutes before you take it out of the pan.

5. What? Eat it already :) !

I am getting ready to try a glutten free one tonight.
I bought some Beth's Gluten Free All-purpose flour. And then I will follow the rest of the banana bread recipe.
I try to find recipes I like and just change a couple of things to make it gluten-free. I did this with and italian cream cake and used gluten-free white cake it turned out yummy!

justin, if you didn't like it just say you didn't like it. If you liked it, say you liked it. But no one asked your opinion on how to be a jerk.
